A Board of Investment (Ministry) appraised and approved "Private Limited" enterprise, established and registered in 1997 especially for the export of Sri Lankan Ayurveda and all natural products, is for sale. The company provides residency for the new owner. The company will be sold only in combination with the purchase of the property, "Green Valley".

Transfer costs, Attorney-at-Law charges, tax, stamp fees for transfer of shares, registration fees, etc. are about 10% of the sale price.
